New Term.. New Music
Alton Concert Orchestra are looking forward to starting rehearsals in September 2024, we will be working towards our Winter Concert in Alton Maltings Centre and can't wait !
Next year will bring new musical endeavours, with our Spring Concert in March and The Night at the Proms at our new summer venue in Bordon in July 2025.

We are now offering one free term of playing if you would like to come and experience playing with an orchestra! Everyone of grade 5 playing standard and above is very welcome. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries..
About
Alton Concert Orchestra is based in the market town of Alton in the East Hampshire District of Hampshire. We have around 60 keen musicians and are always pleased to welcome more brass and string players. We put on three or more concerts a year, including the very popular ‘Last Night of the Proms’ held in Alton Public Gardens for the past 15 years.
Rehearsals
We practice every Wednesday evening from 7.30 - 9.30pm during term time at Wootey's Junior School in Alton, Hampshire. If you are interested in finding out more please send us a message via the contact page.
