We have now started limited rehearsals which closely follow the latest Government guidelines with advice and interpretation from Making Music, an organisation that looks after the interests of amateur musicians. During the rehearsal players are socially distanced and numbers are currently limited to 25.
On the 14th October we recommenced brass and woodwind rehearsals, this means we will now be alternating between 'Strings' and 'Brass and Woodwind' rehearsals on Wednesday evenings at Wooteys School from 7.30pm.
If you are not yet a member of ACO then now is an ideal time to make contact and join in the fun. Please visit our contact page for more information.
There are a number of new rules which need to be adhered to so visit our Back To Playing page for all of the detail.

We have around 60 keen musicians and are always pleased to welcome more brass and string players. We put on three or more concerts a year, including the very popular ‘Last Night of the Proms’ in Alton Public Gardens in July each year.
We practice every Wednesday evening from 7.30 - 9.30pm during term time at Wootey's Junior School in Alton, Hampshire. If you are interested in finding out more please send us a message via the contact page.
